Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components

  • Include proof of purchase

Items showing signs of use, installation, wear, or missing parts may be rejected or refunded at a reduced value.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items:
    We cover the return shipping cost.

  • For non-defective returns (change of mind, unwanted item, etc.):
    Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • the item is defective

  • the item is damaged

  • you received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and offer a suitable solution (replacement, return, or refund).

5. Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are technology-related, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used, installed, activated, or personalized products

  • Products not in original packaging or missing accessories

  • Products damaged by misuse, improper operation, or unauthorized repair/modification

  • Digital goods (software licenses, activation codes, downloads)

  • Custom-configured items

  • Final sale items

6. Exchanges

Need a different model or item?
The fastest solution is to return your item first. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement.

7. EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union:

  • You may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

  • Items must remain unused and in original packaging.

  • Original shipping fees will be refunded (as required by EU law).

  • Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

8. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.

9. Unclaimed Packages / Wrong Address / Delivery Refusal

If your package is returned due to:

  • incorrect or incomplete address

  • refusal to accept delivery

  • failure to pick up from a pickup point

We will refund your order minus outbound shipping costs and any return logistics fees charged by the carrier.
